* Using services offered through AktasGroup (for example escrow, shipping and making zero fraud complaints)

We automatically check and manually filter messages to check for unsolicited messages, viruses, electronic fraud (baiting) attacks and other malicious activities or illegal and prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these communication tools. When you send e-mails via AktasGroup to e-mail addresses that are not registered in our database, we do not store this e-mail address permanently or use it for any marketing purpose. We do not rent or sell these e-mail addresses.

User Account Security

Your password is the key to your user account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters and do not share your AktasGroup password with anyone. Remember that if you share your password or personal information with others, you will be responsible for all actions taken on behalf of your account.
